HyClone CDM4CHO Powder Media from Thermo Fisher Scientific

Description

Thermo Scientific HyClone CDM4CHO is a chemically defined, animal-defined component-free (ADCF*) media for therapeutic recombinant protein production without the reliance upon undefined hydrolysates and lipids. HyClone CDM4CHO is a protein-free medium containing no animal derived components. This regulatory-friendly medium is developed through Metabolic Pathway Design to increase the process yields for the industrial manufacture of recombinant proteins using a variety of CHO cell clones. CDM4CHO has been successfully tested in a variety of culture systems, including T-flasks, shaker flasks and bioreactors, including fed-batch and perfusion. HyClone CDM4CHO contains Pluronic F68 and L-glutamine, and does not contain phenol red. It is also available without L-glutamine to support the GS gene expression system.
